Surgery

Our team of qualified and compassionate veterinarians is available to perform a range of surgical procedures, from routine spaying and neutering to more complex procedures such as orthopedic, soft tissue, dental, and emergency surgeries. We only propose surgery when it is in the best interests of your pet.
We understand that surgery can be stressful and scary for both you and your pet, which is why we take every precaution to ensure the safety and comfort of our patients. We use modern equipment and techniques, follow strict protocols for anesthesia and pain management, and provide personalized care and monitoring before, during, and after the surgery. We also communicate with you throughout the process and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Our surgery services include:
- Spaying and neutering: This is the most common surgery we perform, and it has many benefits for your pet's health and behavior. Spaying or neutering your pet can prevent unwanted pregnancies, reduce the risk of certain cancers and infections, and help with behavioral issues such as aggression, marking, and roaming.
- Orthopedic surgery: This involves the diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, and muscles of your pet. Some of the common orthopedic surgeries we perform are fracture repair, cruciate ligament repair, patellar luxation correction, hip dysplasia surgery, and amputation.
- Soft tissue surgery: This covers a broad range of procedures involving the skin, ears, eyes, nose, mouth, throat, abdomen, chest, and reproductive organs of your pet. Some of the common soft tissue surgeries we perform are tumor removal, wound repair, hernia repair, cystotomy (bladder stone removal), gastropexy (stomach tacking), foreign body removal, cherry eye correction, entropion correction, and ear cropping.
- Dental surgery: This involves the prevention and treatment of dental diseases and disorders in your pet. Some of the common dental surgeries we perform are tooth extraction, root canal therapy, crown placement, oral tumor removal, palate repair, and jaw fracture repair.
- Emergency surgery: This is performed when your pet has a life-threatening condition that requires immediate intervention. Some of the common emergency surgeries we perform are cesarean section (C-section), gastric dilatation-volvulus (GDV) or bloat treatment, diaphragmatic hernia repair, splenectomy (spleen removal), pyometra (uterine infection) treatment, and tracheostomy (airway opening).
