- Access your pets’ medical records from the portal.
- Check-in online from the portal.
You can also download and install our Smartphone App. It provides access to the same portal that is accessible from our website. The two are interchangeable and use the same login credentials.
We offer an in-clinic store and pharmacy as well an online store and pharmacy for home delivery. When you purchase products and prescriptions from us you are guaranteed to be getting the best quality and you are supporting us as your local vet.
What to Expect
We love animals and have dedicated ourselves to caring for them. We promise to treat your pets as if they were our own. You can expect the best veterinary care provided by a friendly staff in a clean and modern facility. If we make a mistake or something is not right, please let us know so we can correct it.
We strongly believe in preventative medicine. Proper nutrition, plenty of exercise and regular wellness checks are keys to keeping your pets healthy and happy. Wellness exams give us the opportunity to catch problems early and eliminate them or substantially improve the outcome.
We encourage appointments but walk-ins are OK. Booking an appointment helps us to better manage our schedule and minimize your wait time. Appointments always have priority over walk-ins except for emergency medical care. Even if its last minute, check online or call us before coming in. If we have a slot open we will book you in it.
We provide emergency medical care during our normal working hours. Please see our emergency page for details. Sometimes emergencies disrupt our schedule. We appreciate your patience and understanding when this occurs. If necessary we will reschedule you.
We will explain the reason for any treatment we recommend along with the pros and cons of alternatives if they exist. We will also happily provide you with a written cost estimate. Feel free to discuss any concerns you may have.
Payment is required at the time of service. There are third parties that provide payment plans and pet insurance. Please see our Payment Options page for details. We offer the option of curbside drop off and pickup. We also have the ability to accommodate your pets overnight. We will let you know if an overnight stay after surgery is recommended.
